 PMS14 is a fully featured property management and letting software system for letting agents and private landlords. Designed primarily to solve the problems associated with student lets, a domestic / professional database is also provided, making it suitable for any type of let. It is also fully integrated with the optional Electos Content Management Web Site and an INTERNET based repair reporting utility / website.

 

 

  •  Specifically designed for student lets. A new database for each student year allows you to manage existing tenants while registering new tenants for the forth coming student year. This is a copy of the existing database with all property details etc, but with no tenants, other than the ones flagged as carrying over to the next year.
  • Professional database. Allows you to manage your professional / domestic lets separate from your students lets.
  • Managed or Let only landlords. PMS can differentiate between these types of landlords, and provide the relevant information, for let only landlords or landlords for whom you fully manage the properties.
  • State of the art intuitive user interface. Easy to learn and use with prompts and lookups.
  • Relational database. Virtually all related data is shown on a single tabbed  easy to read screen. No need to open different views / menu items to find the information you need. It’s all there on one main view
