Referring the matter to a third party in most cases will result in payment for a large percentage of your overdue accounts and will increase your cash flow. If there are any problems or disputes theses will be highlighted by the debtor contacting you or Debt Collection Services UK Ltd directly who will inform you of any contact made directly to them.

If the letter does not recover your money with this process, we can then take over pursuing the debt in our usual way with telephone contact and an appraisal of if we feel additional action will result in recovery of the debt. This may be by recommending that we issue legal proceedings or a statutory demand.
For a monthly or annual fee you can lease the easy to use software which will enable you to print a Debt Collection Services UK Ltd letter to send to your debtors.
A large percentage of overdue accounts would be paid on the first letter sent to them by a debt collection company. If they do not pay then you can upload to us to start our telephone chasing and commence the usual DCS system.
The Cost for a single user version is only £ 25.00 per month i.e. £ 300 per annum or
£ 250 per annum if paid in full on installation.
Multi client (max 10 additional accounts) £ 75.00 per month i.e. £ 900 or £ 750 per annum if paid on installation.
